Reading was the best team to play against after the midweek disaster. Sati Clause was class today. Now Lets catch the Spurs before January to end the year on a high note.

Like others have been saying, we play FAR better without Gervinho and Ramsey in the side. Ramsey has more excuse than Gervinho to be somewhat poor, because we know how good he can be and I'm still confident he'll come good in the near future.

Gervinho, not so much. He just gets on my nerves now. Anytime play goes through him it breaks down. His lack of end product is VERY frustrating...

In Gervinho's defense I would say he plays better on the left wing he can dribble and then cross low. However, Podolski plays better there, than him so as a sub he should be fine there. Through the middle or on the right that's when he seriously can't do a thing because he has problems dribbling, passing and shooting on his weaker foot.
Ramsey tends to play better as a box to box player when Arsenal try to play through the middle and not the wings. playing more with the wings has been something Arsenal has been doing ever since Fabregas left.

Reading are sadly a side lacking genuine game changing class and they'll never survive. The Premier league requires you have a player or two in your team that can really change games with something out the top drawer. Even mid table teams have them. But Reading have nobody.

Southampton and West Ham spent a bunch of money when they got promoted but Reading spent hardly anything, and originally their team cost virtually nothing anyway!

So they shouldn't be too upset.

Considering how I live in one of the near by villages close to reading, everyone at the pub agrees that they need to spend some serious cash to try and get someone to help them out of the relegation zone. Otherwise back to the championship and they'll suffer from lots of people leaving.

I honestly don't see the problem people have with Arsenal and Wenger at the moment. A shock defeat against Bradford, but that's cup football, it happens. They are around 5 points off third place in the Premier League and still in the Champions League, so what is the problem? Expectations for Arsenal are far too high when the sides they are expected to be competing with have double the wage budget they do. I think Wenger does miracles with what he has got and it is a board issue that funds aren't being made available.

A good win, but some players need to go, gervinho, chamack, arshavin.

Poldoski was better, most of the movement was good, still needs to be quicker in places. still need abit more movement into space at times. At end product was good.

But as said, arsenal played a side in deep trouble, there first goal was lucky, but they still got another.

Defence still needs work, not tight enough.

Wenger needs a tough midfielder, and a strong leader in defence.

Christmas period is where there is chances of moving up or down.
