MANAGING CONTEST: Be a model denizen of the 11x2.com community, approve, report and vote accurately. All this can also be summarized as "Impress me."

I took an unorthodox approach to evaluating your performances, not basing the places necessarily on the "Managing" score applied to your accounts, but taking my top users with the managing scores and individually assessing each instance associated with your accounts on the basis of approval/report ratio, what and why something was approved/reported, your comments, bubble votes, etc.

The whole nine yards, folks.
