10 million is a bargain for a player his quality.
im not sure, like others have said, he played well towards the end of the season but at the beginning??.....
good player but wont get in the first team with all the players chelsea have signed recently. better of going to a club who needs him like arsenal or liverpool.
10m is way too much for a Wigan player entering his last year in contract, and I'm not sure why Chelsea need him, they have enough attacking players.
