Unfortunately the media love a race row and certain supporters will take it on themselves to believe what they want and blow it out of all proportion simply because it suits which side of the fence they are on. As a Liverpool fan I was quick to correct people jumping to conclusions but then I learnt to step back and actually assess what was happening. In reality he could have said something racist, it could have been a complete misunderrstanding or even a cultural divide as to what is offensive and what isn't, no one knows and will never know. My issue is with the FA and how they handled it with little transparency and absolutely no conclusive evidence yet still condemned the man, it dragged on far too long and fuelled the press in all the wrong ways.

Suarez punishment was based on no foundation. Terry was still not banned despite every tv station in the world showed the inncident. It is summer now and F.A has still not given any evidence on Suarez's guilt.
