BR - Chelsea have been very active in the transfer window so far.
Some moves were locked up beforehand, but July was a busy month for the Blues. A few players were brought in; a few were sold; and some others were loaned out. It was an efficient month for the club, and the roster is coming together with the season right around the corner.
