Great play by Shea, he adds a lot of quickness to the team down the lateral side, and then smart reaction by Boyd. Even better was Tim Howard, and the defense was spot on until the last few minutes of the second half. This was a big shocker, congrats to Klinsmann and the team!

I really really thought Mexico were going to tie it up at the end. It's what the US does, heartbreakers! And they had a lot of chances to do it! The ricochet that Howard was composed enough to stop and the foot race to the ball in front of the open net! So glad the US won though, now I get to talk crap to friends and I won $20!

I would've never bet for a U.S. win, lol especially with the squad they took and the fact that they were playing away, but I'm glad they proved me wrong.
