MLS: Andrew Wiedeman’s first reaction when he felt Kei Kamara’s free kick deflect off his thigh was that it could be a good thing.
That feeling didn’t last long, though.
In the TFC wall in the 83rd minute when Kamara (above right) lined up to take what would be the game-winning free kick, Wiedeman watched as the ball skipped on the ground and went in off the fingertips of goalkeeper Milos Kocic.
