Rodgers hails ´outstanding´ Liverpool

Manager Brendan Rodgers was thrilled with Liverpool's tactical versatility after his side's 2-2 draw with Manchester City.

Despite conceding an equaliser to Manchester City's Carlos Tevez after a suicidal back pass from Martin Skrtel, Rodgers preferred to focus on his side's ability to adapt to the reigning English Premier League champions.

Rodgers rated his team as 'outstanding' on Sunday.
