Newcastle managing director Derek Llambias has told Sky Sports that stability is the reason they have handed Alan Pardew a new eight-year contract.
That's a hell of a risk. What happens if results start going south along with Newcastle's position in the table? Will you still stick with him if you get relegated?
I know its crazy that amount of time for a contract as they have tied there own hands now. They CANNOT afford to sack him UNLESS they have a clause in the contract saying they get relegated he's gone or something but I doubt it.
