Rodgers: No major signings for Liverpool in January
Goal: The Anfield boss says it is unlikely there will be many changes at the club in mid-season, but admits that he is eager to add some striking competition to his squad.

Bad decision. Suarez's form will most probably not last the whole season. Borini is not a proven goalscorer yet. The other players are not contributing enough goals. Their defence is still questionable at times. Even a top 10 finish looks like a really tough goal to achieve.
I don't know why FSG are suddenly so stingy with their budget. If they think Suarez is going to remain happy playing for a team with no ambition, they're seriously deluded. And we all know where they'd be without Suarez's goals this season.
January is a tough transfer windows. Rodgers already said he will sign a couple of players, which is good enough for me. A striker and perhaps a winger would be nice. We probably don't need a midfielder since Lucas will be back by then
