I really don't see this being true unless someone is getting offloaded and I don't expect Hernandez to be moving after recently. Either lewandowski isn't coming or Rooney is leaving....

Agreed utd need defenders and midfielders the one thing there not short on is strikers.

I think a new striker is in the back of their mind when thinking of new players to sign. As much of an asset I think Lewandowski could be to the Red Devils I don't think he is needed. Manchester need a solid defensive or attacking mid. With Kagawa coming into form, they need someone to back him up.
