BR - Maybe it's because of the underwhelming football both sides have played in recent weeks, or the typically congested winter fixture list, but this season's first Manchester derby seems to have received relatively little fanfare.
(English Premier League, Manchester City, Manchester United)
If Mancini makes the same mistake he made against Everton, and throughout the CL, and if City plays like crap, no doubt United will win. And is it me or does Maicon look lost 90% of the time?
Such an interesting match. United are better at attacking, however their defense is just so poor at times, if not most of the time, so this may cost them if they don't at least improve for this game. As for City they seem more balanced than United, they may score less goals, however they also don't let that many in. Also IMO city has a better midfield than United unless they have injuries that I'm not aware of. So for me mainly because of United's defense I'll go for City edging it by 1 goal, be it 1-0, 2-1, 3-2 or whatever.
I'd put my money on United.
United have a poor defence but City have a poor attack.
United have a good attack but City have a good defence.
