Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini regrets missing transfers in summer window

Roberto Mancini thinks that changes behind the scenes at Manchester City contributed to a difficult transfer window for the club during the summer. (English Premier League, Manchester City, Roberto Mancini, Transfers)

Difficult? City still spent a bunch of cash most clubs don't have. He has no clue. City spent over 50 million, actually slightly more than Manchester United!

No, he just wasted the money he had on players that didn't really improve his side.

They pulled out the Hazard transfer, and Van Persie never seemed interested in City anyway, can hardly blame him. So Mancini saw fit to blow silly money on Rodwell, Sinclair, Javi Garcia, Nastasic etc who are worse than what they already have and are squad players at best right now.

Nobody to blame there but yourself.
