Abramovich plans to tempt Falcao with tour of London and Chelsea’s facilities

Chelsea billionaire owner Roman Abramovich is hoping to persuade Radamel Falcao to sign for Chelsea with a tour of the team’s training facilities, and a further tour of London.

Chelsea are rumoured to be pulling out all the stops to sign the FIFA World Team XI nominee, and It is feared the Blues would miss out on the striker if they tried to wait until the summer for his signature. (Atlético Madrid, Chelsea, Radamel Falcao Garcia, Transfers)

I disagree but he is up there, Torres was also one of the best strikers out there when he signed for Chelsea, look how that worked out. Abramovich is such a snake!
