Well, that couldn't have been more uncomfortable. Macca has a point though: it might actually not be a good thing that our mid-week match against West Ham was postponed. It could, possibly, have been a chance to get some momentum going now that we have consecutive wins under our belt.

Maybe.

Walcott's performance as a center forward wasn't good enough. He just couldn't hold on to the ball when his back was turned towards the goal. Ironically, his only good contribution in the game was when he came in from the RIGHT SIDE and won us a penalty.

The Arsenal can grind results now.....who knew?

Anyways today is a good results considering Wigan made it hard. The Ox IMO was the man of the match......Beausejour had a match to forget on both defending and attacking today.

Also what the hell was going on with the ref when he made Di Santo get out of the pitch? I thought he gave him a red at first, but nothing was given. The ref just made him stay out for a while.

@Crazyturkey. He made Di Santo go off because he had an earring on and didn't let him come back on the pitch till the ball went out of play, the crazy decision by the ref was when he booked Wilshere for a perfect tackle! Theo is still Arsenal's best option upfront imo, but he does have a lot to learn especially when he has his back to goal. Gibbs is also vital to Arsenal but he just cannot seem to stay fit which is a shame

Apparently it was actually a tattoo what looked like a earring. C*ck up either way. Great result. Id much prefer results like this than entertaining draws. Good grind.
