West Ham set to rescue flop Chamakh from Arsenal misery with loan deal for striker

West Ham are closing in on their second signing of the transfer window with the Arsenal forward Marouane Chamakh set to join the club on loan. (Arsenal, English Premier League, Marouane Chamakh, Transfers, West Ham)

He IMO was really unlucky that he came when Arsenal had RVP injury free and on form. When he came he was actually doing well for the team and helping more than Giroud did at the beginning. On top of that he seemed to be a better one two passer too. When RVP came back he lost his place instantly. I feel sad for that, though in the end RVP did great for us, maybe if he had played a little more, his confidence would not have been shattered. If he leaves I wish him success where ever he goes.

Never a prolific goalscorer but a good passer.
