Did Koscielny deserve to be sent off against Manchester City?

The Arsenal centre-back was shown a straight red card for pulling down Edin Dzeko in the box but did Mike Dean make the correct call in giving the defender his marching orders? (Arsenal, English Premier League, Laurent Koscielny, Manchester City)

As an Arsenal fan I say that a penalty and a yellow could have been enough especially so early on the match. However, the red can also be perfectly justified, since he was indeed the last man.

Same, I thought it was a yellow and a penalty, it was Mike Dean tho.
