Football League will not scrap ball boys in wake of Hazard incident

Head of Communications John Nagle insists incidents like the one at the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday evening are rare and that ball boys help make the game a better spectacle (Chelsea, Eden Hazard, Other Leagues, Swansea City)
