Congrats to Rooney for passing Best in league goals. Not the most convincing 2nd half but I'll take 3 points and an ugly win any day.

United need some sort of confidence and energy.... They seem drained when they play... No one has a chip on their shoulder

I think it was Southampton playing their hearts out and us just expecting to stroll to a win. We have had these problems in the past.

We need to be more fired up before the game or have a someone going nuts on field firing up the players. Keane used to do that fantastically

It seems that Carrick never has a fire lit, hes always making stupid passes and being caught out of place.

Also not sure why rafael doesnt start, he always brings an extra spark to the team and he has been great this season.

wasnt able to watch the match. just annoyed united let another clean sheet slip away.

from the highlights, dont know who to blame, carrick for the piss poor back pass or de Gea for not even making an effort to attack the ball.

just glad they were able to recover for the win.
