between Villa, Reading and QPR I seriously don't know who will remain on out of the relegation zone anymore. But my money is on QPR

I'm a big Lambert fan and it would be terrible to see him sacked. He's a great upcoming manager, but Villa are a mess. How much of it is his fault, though?
