Nice game , manchester united deserve to win , great performance of nani , smalling was the flop of the match.
Reading didn't do much.
I enjoyed the second half more than the first

Smalling played brilliantly in defence but made about 3 wayward passes. He also stopped Reading equalising right at the death with a brave header.

i know but he could play better than that he usually play better , that's why i said that.
And he did some mistakes that he shouldn't do (my opinion)

smalling was very good in defence so what if he had a few wayward passes hes 22 name a more consistant CB then him at that age even Ferdinand and Vidic wasnt that consistant at that age.

The fact United changed most of the team, 8 outfield changes, and played well enough to win the game against another premier league side is stupendous. I am not sure many other sides in the premier league could actually do that.

United's squad is extremely strong. The first 11 could be a bit better, but the strength of the squad is vital to competing on so many fronts at once.

Hernandez is one of the best finshers I have seen play for United, he is a worthy sucessor to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Reading fought well and changed their team around too, another night and they might have snatched the draw but United can not really afford another fixture in their schedule so played for the win and got it.

Hernandez's movement and awareness really is world class. That run leading up to the header was all brains. Fan of the lad.

have to agree so many overlook the runs he makes off the ball.

while he doesnt always score his movement to always open space for himself and others is 2nd to none in the premiership.
