How Cristiano Ronaldo could have ended up at Barcelona, and Messi at Real Madrid

The Portuguese was considered by the Catalan club and was wanted by Sandro Rosell in 2008, while the Argentine could have made a controversial switch to the capital in 2005 (Barcelona, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Andrés Messi, Real Madrid, Spanish Primera Division)

im glad they both ended up where they did.

i cant see ronaldo playing tippy tappy football and i dont see messi fitting in with the madrid style of play.

like this, both their strengths are showcased perfectly. some fans just choose to downplay one over the other.
