Kevin de Bruyne could be set to leave Chelsea this summer without making an appearance for the club.
The Blues signed the winger from Belgium side Genk last year in a deal which was worth £6.7 million.
The Belgian remained with his former teammates for the rest of last year’s campaign, before being sent on loan to Bundesliga side Werder Bremen this season where he has notched up six goals in 24 appearances.
