Neymar is the Justin Bieber of football, says Barton

The 30-year-old remains unimpressed with the forward after watching him in action for Brazil on Monday evening

Joey Barton has launched yet another attack on Brazil international Neymar and says the Santos star is the "Justin Bieber" of world football. (Brazilian Brasileirao, Joey Barton, Neymar, Olympique de Marseille, Santos FC)

Barton is right...
... as long as Neymar keeps pretending he's a big shot in the very mediocre Brazilian league, he's nothing. He needs to show what he can do on a bigger stage, against better opponents.

The only thing I've seen so far from that boy is falling over miserably, trying to win free kicks and penalties and screwing over opponents.

lol he's actually right!
that guy is so much overhyped! he is unable to score when he's playing against a non brazilian team.

i dont think he is overhyped.
i do however think that he is very immature at the moment but the talent is there for all to see.
right now he plays like its all about "me me me" but with the right coaching i think he could be molded into a total footballer.

as for Barton, people only know him for beating up players from the winning team. is he a soccer player or wannabe MMA fighter?
