No goals but highlights.
Lack of cutting edge and silly decisions by the forwards. Should have won this.
are liverpool still aiming for the top 4 or have they given up? results like this aren't helping their cause. thing is when you hear MUFC vs West ham, automatically you would assume MUFC to win. with liverpool, you cant just do that anymore. not taking a knock at liverpool but i seriously don't think they a big european club anymore.
True, you never know with Liverpool these days. The draw yesterday and lack of finding that cutting edge could well be the end of finding any european spot this season. The mentality needs to change in the dressing room.
I agree. Liverpool are no longer a force in English football. They are still a big name around the world because of there history. I do think the new owners are going the right way with Liverpool though. hey are not going out and spending stupid money on over paid players. I think Liverpool will be looking to build up a decent squad up over the next 2 to 3 seasons and then start to push of at to 4 finish but this is also harder to do than it every has been before as we now have Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea, Gunners, Spers, Everton and Liverpool all looking for that top 4 spot and depending on weather a rich owner takes over Everton soon it could make it even harder for Liverpool to get in there. I do think the fans need to give the owners an manager time though as there will be some bad patches along the way for them as they fight to bring in some big name players. But that said cant wait for tonight come on your reds lets make it 18 points clear in the league and really rub it into man city.
