Manchester United reject fresh Chelsea bid for Rooney

Goal:

An improved offer of £30 million, including add-ons, was dismissed immediately as the Premier League champions maintain the striker is "not for sale" ahead of the new season. (Chelsea, English Premier League, Manchester United, Transfers, Wayne Rooney)

Utd are turning into a shambles this pre season. This Rooney crap has gone on far too long, no new signings, three desperate attempts to sign Cesc, very little interest in anyone else, poor pre season friendlies... Utd did well thanks to one man keeping them more consistent than the rest last season, and he's gone now. I expect a rocky few seasons coming up for Utd until Moyes gets to grip with the magnitude of the job or he leaves.
