Having Champions League teams join spices it up though. Without it, this B tournament would be a lot worse and probably not televised at all.
Or maybe only have the top 2 teams from each league and primary cup (FA Cup, Copa del Rey, etc) winners make it in to the Champions League. So teams like Liverpool and Arsenal only play Europa League? But I guess some people wouldn't want that. ;)
i don't see the point of teams from the champions league going to the Europa League.. unfair to the other teams tbh..
