Recent reports have suggested that Sunderland manager Gus Poyet is considering pulling the plug on the deal to bring Fabio Borini to the Stadium of the Light because he has grown fed up with the Italian’s delaying tactics. A fee of £14 million has been been agreed with Liverpool to make Borini’s loan deal of last season a permanent thing but the Italian is holding off at the moment.
