I don't know, cause I'm not familiar with all the big Liverpool players, but he's been very inconsistent for quite a few years now.
Not just these past 18 months orso, but even before that, when for 2-3 years it was Kuyt who was a more valuable and consistent player than Gerrard.
He's scored some amazing goals and obviously he's been a great player for Liverpool, but I don't think he's as fantastic as some people try to make him out to be these days, now that it's out he'll be leaving at the end of the season.
