Fighting and biting are bad but never use an elbow. Headbutting is for cowards. No-one pushes the referee. And whatever you do, do not spit at an opponent.
Spitting is a very low blow. I would personally go crazy if it someone did it to me.
The leg breaker / foot stomp. Most others you can shake off but when someone is trying to sideline you as an athlete there is nothing worse.
