Manchester United striker Robin van Persie has played down rumours that he could move to Lazio or Roma, insisting that he was only in the Italian capital on holiday.
The Netherlands international was spotted taking a selfie with a Roma fan at Rome's airport, and has also been heavily linked with the Biancocelesti – though sporting director Igli Tare revealed on Monday that the Dutchman was out of Lazio's price range.
