It would be nice of the F.A. if they did some kind of award that specifically recognised these long term club stalwarts. People who have devoted their lives to the game; the 'backroom boys' as they used to be called. Sadly I doubt it'll happen. These types of individuals always have such an impact on the growth of young players and the stability of a club but they don't make the money so will never get the accolades they deserve.
