Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack hopes to be fit in time for Germany's involvement in the World Cup after limping out of his side's 1-0 FA Cup victory over Portsmouth.
A tackle from Kevin-Prince Boateng saw Ballack exit play just before half-time with an ankle knock.
