Juventus midfielder Felipe Melo has revealed that he is still aware of interest from Arsenal as speculation mounts that the Brazilian international could be recruited by the Gunners should captain Cesc Fabregas depart in the coming weeks for Barcelona.
Melo is thought to have been the subject of an approach from Arsene Wenger last summer as the Arsenal coach looked to add more midfield grit to his young squad. However, despite reportedly lodging a bid with Fiorentina, Melo opted to stay in Italy by moving to Turin giants Juventus.
