I like the approach Barca has taken here. Shows respect for Arsenal, and for footballplayers in general. With that being said, I don't think Barca needs to do anything more... Barca knows, Arsenal knows, and Fabregas knows - Cesc will end up in Barcelona at some point no matter what happends
