David James eyes Portsmouth manager role

Goalkeeper David James has put himself forward as a candidate to become new Portsmouth manager according to the club's administrator Andrew Andronikou. Andronikou told BBC Radio Solent:"David has expressed an interest in taking the next stage of his career in management.
"Albeit that I believe, or we believe, that it has come a bit too early to appoint him as manager." (English Premier League, Portsmouth)
