If they finish with the same points and the same goal difference as the USA then it will come down to who has scored the most goals.
If goals scored and goal difference are still tied it will go to a lottery as the head-to-head result was a draw. Lots will be drawn at 6pm on Wednesday night at Soccer City, Johannesburg.
