Netherlands legend Johan Cruyff has hailed the World Cup form of Dutch forward Dirk Kuyt following a string of impressive performances for the European side.
Kuyt has started each of the Netherland’s six World Cup games leading into the final, scoring one goal and assisting two, and Cruyff has been impressed by the Liverpool man throughout the tournament, specifically pinpointing his performance against Brazil in the quarter-final upset as the highlight.
And if he score the winning goal in the final, then he is bigger then Johan Cruijff! Not on his skills, but the fact he won a World Cup and Johan Cruijff not! We shall see!
