Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou insists that just because Manchester City have splashed the cash again this summer does not mean that they will win the Premier League this season.
The defending champions have not been active in the transfer market this summer, and while they are closing in on a £18.2 million deal for Benfica midfielder Ramires, City have already spent over £80 million and are not done dealing yet.
