Liverpool Priced Out of move For Tottenham Striker Peter Crouch

Liverpool have renewed their interest in West Ham United striker Carlton Cole after finding out that Tottenham Hotspur wanted £15 million for Peter Crouch.

With a £5.5 million deal for Juventus midfielder Christian Poulsen close to completion, Hodgson is aiming to acquire another striker, according to the Daily Mail.

However, with the Hammers quoting Liverpool £12 million for Cole, the deal might rely on the money that the Reds would receive from Inter Milan for Javier Mascherano.

As I have been saying for the last months: Liverpool has been runned by amateurs. Selling, than wanting to buy back is just stupid. Maybe Liverpool should start thinking twice before acting once in a while?

I agree 100%. Liverpool has been bad administrated for a decade. I hope they can manage to change it with the new manager and maybe the new owners. The kop deserves it.
