Arsenal are set to repeat their Cesc Fabregas raid on Barcelona's youth team by snapping up Oriol Romeu, according to the Daily Mail.
Romeu, 18, is a highly rated defensive midfielder and shone at the heart of the Spain under-19 team that lost in the final of the recent European Championship.
