As of October 1, 2010, the FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS) must be used for all international football transfers. TMS is an online system that is supposed to make international transfers quicker, smoother and more transparent.

This is good news for for play off field. I dont trust FIFA in anything they do- but this is a good move. What does FIFA win on it? (In money, of course...)
