Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has praised his team for a "great result" against Valencia in the Champions League.
With United on the back foot for much of the game, Javier Hernandez and Federico Macheda were sent on for the final stages and the youngsters combined to score the winner five minutes from time, with Ferguson praising his side’s second-half performance.
“In the second half we certainly improved, and we had more penetration about us. You come here you have to make sure you’re solid at the back,” Ferguson told ITV.
