Fernando Torres looks worse with every game

Hmm have any of you here actually watched any recent liverpool games. If you have you wouldnt be saying Torres is getting worse. It's not him thats the problem its roy hodgson's great tactical astuteness.

Torres is not a hoofball type of player and unfortunately hodgson likes it like that. I think he's confused and wants liverpool playing like fulham.

I like "El Niño", hope his future gets brighter than it looks.

I follow Liverpool close! Fully aware that it is Roy Hodgson that there is something wrong with, but even if it is he should not go around like some sombier as they did against Everton, they're completely dead on the pitch. not just Torres but the rest of the team too. when you earn so much money that you can try and play football.

The players are following Roy's tactics, which is, in my opinion, the problem. Roy wants them defending deep, playing man to man marking and to contain the opposition rather than pressuring them. Things that we didnt do with Rafa so maybe they aren't used to it.
There is no urgency within the team. When we get the ball our midfield is too deep which leaves a massive gap between them and torres so then we resort back to hoofball.

What makes things even worse is the fact that Roy thinks that we played well against everton (I missed the game) and the match reports that I have read have absolutely slated the tactics and Roy, which I am not surprised about having seen his other games.

Terrible manager and, in my opinion, he's out of his depth and should leave.

EDIT: Please forgive me if it sounds like I'm having a go at you, I'm not, its just that I'm really frustrated with our football.
