Wayne Rooney is refusing to sign a new contract at Manchester United and has asked to leave the club in what appears to be a clamour for more money.
There are few clubs who could meet the England striker's demands but one that could are Manchester City, and they are the current favourites to sign the Liverpudlian if he moves on.
