Bayern Munich boss Louis van Gaal says he is "very confident" that his side will defeat CFR Cluj in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
Van Gaal has history on his side, as the Bavarian giants have never lost to a Romanian side in the competition.
"We are very confident, we're not even considering the possibility of losing," the coach told UEFA.com. "I think the motivation to win here comes from reaching the final last year.
"The players are accustomed to being motivated for every game so the gap between the two teams in terms of points is not an issue for me and my players.
German football is really on their way up.
They can make it to the final. I think its much because of a good work on making talents home. Wait and see in the Uefa Euro 2012.
