Boss delighted as young guns fire

Sir Alex Ferguson was delighted to hand several young players invaluable Champions League experience against Bursaspor.

Darren Fletcher, Gabriel Obertan and Bebe struck in the second half at the Ataturk Stadium, putting the Reds on the brink of the knockout stages and also continuing this season's trend of sharing a goalscoring burden previously shouldered by Wayne Rooney.

"They're young players and getting the experience of tonight is as important as anything, but they did perform well too," Sir Alex told Sky Sports. "They did really well, we're very pleased with them.

"Gabriel's had a couple of injuries, but he's only 20 and he's developing very well. He's much stronger now and he is a real good talent. His goal tonight showed that.

United has used 27 seven diferent players in the 4 first matches of CL. You cant buy experience, so Ferguson gives the second best players in the squad the chance. Thats what makes the next generation of stars- and that what makes United keeping on top!
