Manchester United reserve-team coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is thought to be tempted by an offer to return to his native Norway to manage former club Molde.
Solskjaer chose to earn his first managerial stripes for United's second string after bringing the curtain down on his glittering 12-year playing career at Old Trafford in 2008.
He previously rejected overtures from Molde and also the Norwegian national team, but the former striker - scorer of United's memorable injury-time winner against Bayern Munich in the 1999 European Cup final - is now ready to consider an offer.
He has been fantastic for the reserves since he started. I think it would do him a lot of good to go and get more experiance
He knows lots about managment after working with Ferguson for so long
