Ben Kantarovski has pledged his future to Newcastle Jets after agreeing a new three-year deal.
Kantarovski, who became the youngest player in A-League history three years ago when he signed for Jets as a 15-year-old, believes staying at Newcastle was the best move for his burgeoning career.
"I'm a homegrown boy and I love playing in front of our home fans,'' Kantarovski said. "But one of the major reasons I chose to re-sign was that the future looks great for us on and off the field. We are building really well as a team and there is a great feeling around the place.''
Coach Branko Culina was delighted Kantarovski has decided to stay at the club.
