The Colorado Rapids got a goal from right back Kosuke Kimura to top the San Jose Earthquakes, 1-0, on Saturday at Dick's Sporting Goods Park to advance to the MLS Cup Final in Toronto next weekend.
The two Western Conference clubs were playing in the Eastern Final after upsetting New York and Columbus, respectively.
